Banana Berry Breakfast Smoothie!
this particular recipe is fab for a breakfast smoothie as it has fruits and stuff and was recommended to me by my personal trainer and it is fat free (even though it has some sweet stuff hehe) for a breakfast smoothie to have and it helps weight loss and is just genuinely delicious! i thought you might like it as its my fave and everyone ive given it to has fallen in love! x
no fat, 126 calories, 25% of your daily Vitamin C
Serves 2 - 1 serving has 126 calories (and no fat!)
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
-1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
-1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 cup ice
directions
Place ingredients in the order listed in a blender, chop the fruit, stir well, then blend until smooth.
